In accordance with this, from July 27, units of 1st and 2nd Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, a series of additional classes with personnel on the topic “ensuring public order during rallies and mass demonstrations” is planned and began conducting. Socio-economic and political news:
The “Minister of Education and Science of the LPR” S. Tsemkalo decided to return to the “higher education system of the republic” the so-called contract-paid form of education. According to the staff of this “Ministry” themselves, all this is due to the fact that the “republic” has a trite lack of money to maintain higher education institutions in an “efficient” state. According to the “minister”, charging for a “higher education” will at least partially improve the situation.
Mass food poisoning of local residents with canned products from the “Russian humanitarian aid” is recorded in Shakhtyorsk. According to local “sanitary services”, some of the products from “Russian humanitarian aid” were not only of “low quality”, but also expired.
Explosive games of the local population continue In the “republics”, provoked by the uncontrolled proliferation of ammunition and weapons. In Snezhnoye, the local “police” seized an entire arsenal of F-1 and RGD-5 grenades from a completely law-abiding citizen (up to 7 pieces). In turn, in Shakhtyorsk along Lenin Street, directly in a residential apartment, a hand grenade exploded (2 victims), in the area of the village of Nikishino – undermining a tractor on an anti-tank mine, a tractor driver injured, in the area of a settlement Zaitsevo (Horlovka) the woman died, having been blown up near her own house (the invaders “organized” their stronghold point practically in her garden) and this list can be continued.
Since mid-June, there has been a sharp increase in the deficit and shortage of medical workers in hospitals in the temporarily occupied territory. The total shortage of doctors, for example in the DPR, is almost 6 thousand people, and there are more than 7,500 medical workers (in all, no more than 30-35% of the required number of medical workers continue to work in the temporarily occupied territory today). The lack of workers is due to the fact that many specialists left due to hostilities, and an increase in student enrollment at the Donetsk Medical University does not make it possible to meet the need. The next reason for the shortage of doctors is the low salary level. Today, the average salary of a doctor – a young specialist in the “republic” is 4,500 rubles; the average medical worker is 3,900 rubles.
The “state administration” of the occupied Makeevka forces the process of total “joining” in a separatist organization called “Civil Movement Donetsk Republic” of employees of the Makeevugol factory, as well as students and teachers of the Donbas Institute of Construction and Architecture. All kinds of repressions are applied to those who refuse to join the ranks of separatists, including dismissal and expulsion.
The occupation administration has begun the process of liquidating the mine named after Chelyuskintsy (Donetsk). This decision caused an ambiguous assessment among specialists and local residents, who point to a certain danger for the areas of the city surrounding the mine. The fact is that if the mine’s water-discharge system ceases to work, within 1-2 months the mine water may well rise to the surface level and flood the villages surrounding the mine.
In order to execute the “Decree of the LPR Council of Ministers on the organization of the census in 2019,” the occupation administration announced the recruitment of employees to the “LPR State Statistics Committee”, which, in fact, will consider the inhabitants of the occupied part of the Lugansk region. With aim to intensify this process, the occupation administration promised to pay a certain “additional fee” to the “committee” employees during the “census”.
Judging by objective data, the process of Russian “passportization” of residents from the temporarily occupied part of Donbas faces certain difficulties. The so-called “coordinator of the Russia-Donbas Integration Committee”, A.Kosenko (deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation) stated the need for a “quick” cancellation of the state tax for residents of the “DPR / LPR” upon receiving “Russian citizenship”.
