The Ukrainian representatives of the JCCC report that, provocative cases of violations of the ceasefire continued during repair and restoration works at the Donetsk filtering station during last two days.

On November 3, 2017, the illegal armed groups of the LDNR shelled the Donetsk filtering station. The staff of the station recorded damage to the reserve chlorine pipe. This combat activity is aimed at justifying their shelling and defaming of the AFU units. Also, this is due to the reluctance of the illegal armed groups of LDNR to carry out scheduled maintenance works for the station.
