Operational data of the group “Information Resistance”
Over the past week, the most intense fire strikes by Russian-terrorist forces were conducted on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the zone of responsibility of the operational-tactical group “Donetsk” and “Mariupol” in the vicinity of the settlements of Avdeevka, Krasnogorovka, Talakovka and Shirokino. In some sectors in these areas, the enemy, with the aim of working out the coherence of the actions of its mortar and artillery units, constantly placed them at the forefront. While, the main attention was paid to the questions of movement of artillery to the firing positions, preparation for shooting, and direct fire strikes by the scheme “fire-move-fire”.
The high activity of conducting reconnaissance by the enemy with the involvement of military, special and radio electronic reconnaissance continues to be noted in order to clarify the combat order of the UAF in the front line, as well as the breaking up of military facilities for their fire destruction. Throughout the line of contact, the activation of the enemy’s special operations teams is recorded.
The Russian command of the 1st Army Corps DNR and the 2nd Army Corps LNR continues to covertly rotate the units and subunits at the forefront, regroup and redeploy their forces and assets in order to strengthen them. Also, it continues the transfer of management of formations and units of the 1st Army Corps DNR and 2nd Army Corps LNR into operational subordination to the command of the 8th Combined-Arms Army of the Southern Military District of the RF Armed Forces.
In order to monitor the activities, as well as to check the availability, condition, order of accounting and storage of weapons and military equipment, material and technical equipment, manning and combat readiness of the units and subunits of the 1st Army Corps DNR and 2nd Army Corps LNR, a commission of representatives of the headquarters of the 8th Combined Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is working in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass since 01.08. According to preliminary data of the commission’s work, a very low level of moral and psychological state of personnel was revealed in the 9th separate assault motorized rifle regiment of the Marine Corps of the 1st Army Corps DNR (Novoazovsk). Among the fixed reasons is the massive and systematic use of alcohol and narcotic drugs (cannabis) by the personnel of the “regiment”. As a result, the commander of the “9th separate assault motorized rifle regiment “, the commander of the “1st mechanized battalion of the regiment”, and the deputy commander of the “2ndmechanized battalion of the regiment” were removed from their posts and brought to criminal responsibility.
At the same time, at the request of the occupying command, due to the high level of desertion in the “Army Corps” in the Donbass, and also the need to raise the moral and psychological state, to strengthen military discipline and to improve the manning of units and divisions, the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces is considering raising the money allowance for the enlisted up to 19 thousand rubles, for the sergeant up to 27 thousand rubles in the 1st Army Corps DNR and 2nd Army Corps LNR.
In the vicinity of the settlement Gorlovka, the command of the 1st Army Corps DNR carried out a partial rotation of the personnel of the militants. The appearance of a significant number of militants from among the natives of settlements (and who previously lived in them) located on the territory under Ukraine’s control in the immediate vicinity of the line of demarcation is noted on the front lines. The bulk of such fighters underwent sabotage and terrorist training in the Russian Federation and will be sent to the territory controlled by Ukraine for conducting reconnaissance operations, sabotage and terrorist attacks, while some of them can use for cover documents of state organizations, enterprises and institutions received prior to the aggression of the Russian Federation in the place of work.
Minister of the so-called “Ministry of Internal Affairs DNR” Alexei Dikiy instructed the employees of the “Traffic police” to identify and provide the “special control” to the cars, which are not registered with the local authorities (cars with registration number plates of other regions of Ukraine, except Donetsk region) in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region. In particular, the employees of the Traffic police of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of the DNR stop and carefully inspect the above-mentioned cars. There are cases of detention of their owners (drivers) under the pretext of finding these cars on the “wanted list”, after drawing up the relevant documents cars are withdrawn and sent allegedly to the penalty area, and drivers are released.
In the occupied part of the Novoazovsk district of the Donetsk region, representatives of the “DNR” carry out measures for the forced re-registration of owners of small farms that cultivate from 50 to 100 hectares of land. In the case of refusal to register with the “tax authorities of the DNR”, farmers are threatened with the “nationalization” of agricultural lands (to recognize lease agreements as invalid) with a ban on harvesting (most of the land is planted with sunflower).
Russian curators in the “Ministry of Information of the DNR” have set the task for media outlets, which are under the control of militants, to prepare a new large-scale information operation about “persecution of the Russian-speaking population in Ukraine.” The operation will be held synchronously with the Russian media and coordinated by the Office of the president of RF. At the same time, the task was set to search for contacts with Ukrainian freelance journalists in order to obtain from them data of a similar nature (“infringement of the Russian language”, “aggressive actions of representatives of nationalist structures and volunteer battalions”, etc.).
