Operational data of the group “Information Resistance”

Russian occupation forces in the Donbas continue to shell the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements near the line of delimitation, mainly using automatic small arms, hand and heavy mounted grenade launchers, 82-mm mortars. At the same time, there are also recorded cases of using 120-mm mortars and combat armored vehicles by the enemy at the front line. Among the latest:

– North-west of Dokuchaevsk, the occupants from positions south of the settlement of Yasnoe fired on the advanced positions of the UAF between the rock dumps and Berezovoe along the Mariupol-Donetsk route. During the bombardment, at least 6 bursts of 120 mm mines were recorded;

– From the position north-west of Almaznaya during the firing on the advanced positions of the UAF east of Troitskoe, including the use of a pair of BMP-2, the occupants conducted a short firing assault from 120-mm mortars (at least 10 minutes);

– The enemy fired 8 units of 120 mm mines with a wide spread from the position south-east of the Vergunskoe passage;

– During the firing of the advanced positions of the UAF in the Marinka area along the eastern and north-eastern outskirts, the militants used a single BMP-2 from Trudovsky’s side (several series of firing from 30-mm automatic cannon under the cover of AGS fire and large-caliber machine guns);

In the area of Donetsk (the area of Aleksandrovka and Kremenets settlements, south of Petrovsk district of Donetsk, opposite Maryinka), the appearance of 3 groups of enemy snipers is recorded, with the preliminary identification – the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Displacements are minimal, and there is combat security deployed in the areas of deployment. They have own transport. A fire group, one anti-aircraft missile system ZU-23-2 in the truck Ural and a pair of 82-mm automatic mortars type 2B9 “Vasilok”, came together with them.

The group of militants, which was redeployed across Putilovka to the north, attracted attention. The group consists of 2 BTR-80 and 1 MT-LB and 2 army trucks Ural (one of which is a mobile crane, the purpose of which is unknown).

In the area of “Lutuginskie camps”, movement for planned drills on driving 2 MT-LB and 2 BMP-1 was recorded. Truck Kamaz with the militants followed to these armored vehicles.

The command of the 1st Army Corps DNR set the task of compiling a cost sheet in two brigades for the construction and re-equipment of residential buildings for barracks and administrative buildings. The arrival of the Russian contractors is expected, which will be involved in solving the issues of quartering and deployment of the formation of the 1st Army Corps DNR in the permanent bases. The Russian command promised to allocate a “target tranche” for these purposes. Representatives of the command of the Army Corps of local militants try to lobby the involvement of local commercial structures in these works, but the Russian command rigidly indicated that participation in construction work will be accepted only by contractors from Russia.

In the 2nd Army Corps LNR the command decided to fight with inappropriate use and squandering of material and technical reserves. An instruction was given to local commanders to take urgent measures to identify cases of theft and sale of material and technical means, primarily fuel and lubricants. In units and subunits, special “commissions” for accounting and control of supplying are created for this purpose. “Military Commandant’s offices” have instructed to control and suppress cases of refueling of civilian vehicles (it is indicated to pay special attention to fixed-route taxis) with fuel from military transport, as well as fuel from the territory of military units. In the “sphere of special attention” came the 2nd separate mechanized brigade and its logistics units.

According to the statement of the Minister of Education and Science of the DNR L. Polyakova, as of July 11, 2017, more than 20,000 applications were submitted to higher educational institutions of the DNR. To enter the institutions of secondary professional educational institutions of the DNR, as of July 11, 2017, applicants submitted more than 3500 applications for all forms of education. In the framework of the “Humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass” more than 250 applications have been submitted. In this “program” 14 higher educational institutions of the DNR take part. According to Polyakova, applications come from applicants living in settlements on the territory of Donbass, controlled by Ukraine: Bakhmut, Mariupol, Slavyansk, Avdeevka, Ugledar, Selidovo, and others.

Attention is drawn to the situation that has developed at the PJSC “Machine building plant “Vistek” (Bakhmut, part of the all-Ukrainian holding company “Ukrpodshipnik “, owners – brothers Klyuev). The enterprise is a large specialized producer and exporter of mining equipment to the countries of Europe and the CIS, as well as one of the budget-forming enterprises in Bahmut.

In May this year S. Klyuev was replaced the former director of the plant Yatchenko M.I. on Dadashov A.S. (Took appointment on June 1, 2017) allegedly with a view to withdrawing the enterprise from the crisis. However, with the arrival of the new management, the company’s economic indicators continued to fall, and a decision was taken to further reduce the number of employees (about 60 people) and to transfer current employees to the “reduced working day” with a decrease in the average monthly wage.

This situation causes discontent of the enterprise’s employees. At the same time, the employees of the enterprise express their fears that through the help of the Klyuev brothers the Russian side is artificially leading to bankruptcy and destruction of the enterprise in favor of the Russian JSC “Krasny Yakor” (RF, Nizhny Novgorod, 120 Moskovskoe shosse), which produces similar products,  by quality indicators are significantly inferior to the Ukrainian enterprise and lose competition in the international market.

For information: the Klyuev brothers in 2015 began the process of asset sales in Ukraine. In April 2015, the company CJSC Ukrpodshipnik reduced its stake in OJSC Artemovsky Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant (AZOTSM) from 49% to 38% after increasing its share capital by 30% (50 mln UAH) by the joint-stock company, in which ” Ukrpodshipnik “did not participate. The bulk of the issue was bought by Vadim Shpakovsky – Klyuev’s business partner for AZOCM, former head of the company’s supervisory board, currently resides in Austria. Among other companies that sold Klyuev: solar power parks Voskhod-Solar, Neptun-Solar, Franco-Solar, Franco-Peavy, Dunaiskaya SES-1, Dunaiskaya SES-2, ZAO Konstantinovsky Metallurgical Plant (Dec. 23, 2015, a decision was made to liquidate the enterprise by the owner of an offshore company Surrey Dynamics Ltd, Great Britain).
