Operational data of the group “Information Resistance”
Continuing bombardments of the UAF positions and civilian targets, Russian-terrorist forces in the Donbas are regrouping their forces, and at a number of sites along the front line they are strengthening their units with additional fire assets.
Thus, in the northern area of Gorlovka (in the vicinity of the settlement of Golmovsky), the appearance of disparate infantry groups of occupants with a total strength of up to 50 people are noted. Previously, on this site, the enemy redeployed a mobile tactical reserve of up to “motorized rifle company” with armored vehicles. On the southern outskirts of the settlement of Golmovsky, the appearance of armored vehicles of occupants (3 units of BMP-2 and 1 unit of MT-LB) was recorded.
In the area of Veselyaya Gora (opposite the village of Schastye) and in the area east of Zheltoe, new camouflaged mortar positions for mortars (battery formation, possibly SPG) are fixed. In the vicinity of the settlement of Oboznoe, 3 BMP-1 in caponiers were fixed, equipped directly in the courtyards of the private sector.
From Telmanovo to the northern direction (towards Donetsk), the invaders transferred 122 mm D-30A howitzers by trucks Kamaz and Ural, the number to the battery. The transfer was conducted in the dark, in conditions of secrecy (in the given region observers of the CMM OSCE often appear).
In the 1st Army Corps DNR, following the work of the commission of the Center of Territorial Troops of the South-Russian Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which had previously worked in units and subunits of the Army Corps, the inspection commissions of the Army Corps headquarters began to work. The main task of these commissions is an urgent response to the multiple facts of plundering items of material and technical supplies discovered by Russian inspectors, primarily fuel and lubricants. The most active work of the commissions is conducted in the units of the 1st and 5th separate mechanized brigades, where the Russians revealed schemes of large-scale theft and trade in diesel fuel and spare parts for automotive equipment, organized under the direction of unit commanders.
After neutralizing the reconnaissance group of the occupants by the UAF in the area of the Bahmut route, the Russian “advisors” in the 2nd Army Corps LNR held a meeting with the involvement of the commanders of the units and subunits of the “Army Corps” operating in the first line. The purpose of the event is to analyze and punish the perpetrators of the “superficial and capricious attitude” of commanders to organize and conduct raiding and reconnaissance operations on the areas of responsibility by the intelligence units. It was said about the formal attitude towards the fulfillment of the assigned tasks on the part of the commanders of the line units to which the snoopers are subordinated, the low level of ensuring these operations, the misuse of reconnaissance units and insufficiently careful selection of personnel, which leads to “unjustified death and capture” of the personnel of these divisions. Two commanders of battalions were warned about criminal liability for negligent performance of duties.
The “Ministry of Defense of the DNR” discusses the issue of the formation of acceptance and transfer commissions for the withdrawal of “surplus vehicles” from “nationalized” enterprises. The seizure must be made with the purpose of completing the parts and units of the 1st Army Corps DNR by motor transport.
The militants of the DNR organized a scheme of extortion from citizens traveling to the territory controlled by Ukraine. So, under the pretext of caring for local residents, in the DNR bus passenger flights from Gorlovka to the Majorsk check point are organized according to “social tariffs” – the ticket price is 30 rubles. However, when these bus flights arrive at the “customs of the DNR”, they are inspected in a “special mode” – during 6-8 hours of inspection there are a maximum of 2 such buses. To passengers of these buses, militants are not allowed to cross the lines of demarcation to the check point on foot, demanding either to wait in line for buses in the heat, or to pay for taxi services that are transported to the Majorsk check point for 300-500 rubles per person. This situation causes extremely negative reaction of citizens trying to go to the territory controlled by Ukraine, however, for fear of reprisal; they do not express their dissatisfaction with militants.
The leadership of the “Ministry of Industry and Trade of the DNR” notes the existence of significant problems in the functioning of machine-building enterprises in the occupied regions of the Donetsk region. As pointed out in the “Ministry”, the main problems are related to the lack of technical documentation (was removed by the owners of “nationalized” enterprises) and sales markets. The head of the “Ministry” A.Granovsky once again demanded from the head of the DNR A. Zakharchenko to inform the leadership of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation about the crisis situation in order to achieve assistance in solving these problems.
“The Ministry of Education and Science of the DNR” intends to send the teaching staff of the Donbas National Academy of Architecture and Construction of the DNR (Makeevka) to indefinite holidays since July this year. These unscheduled activities will begin after the end of the current training session, which, according to the schedule, will end by the end of June. These actions are caused by the insufficient funding of this institution by the DNR and the existence of arrears in payment of wages to all members of the Academy. Extremely outraged by such measures, the teaching staff plans to hold a protest action and make a collective complaint to the leadership of the DNR.
Universities that are located in the territory under the control of the DNR launched an introductory campaign-2017, which will last until 31.07.2017. The total number of universities participating in the campaign is 18. At the same time, the receipt of documents in institutions where additional competitions are required will occur until 11.07 (in some – until 19.07). Establishments of secondary vocational education establish a campaign from 1.07 to 15.08. Within the framework of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunion of the Peoples of Donbass, it was announced that applicants from a part of the Donetsk region, which is in Ukraine’s control, can pre-submit copies of documents for enrolling in DNR schools for their e-mails. At the same time, the “Ministry of Education and Science of the DNR” discusses the low number of students in the educational institutions of the DNR, and the possible reduction in this regard of the teaching staff. The final decision will be made following the results of the introductory campaign.
