Dmitry Tymchuk: A planned terrorist diversion on May 2

According to data from Information Resistance group, pro-Russian terrorists intend to hold another provocation with possible loss of life tomorrow, May 2 in Sloviansk; they will be doing so on orders of the GRU, of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.

The diversion is planned to be executed under the guise of “Right Sector” militants.

This action is timed to [coincide with] the arrival in Ukraine of a high-ranking Russian representative, who comes with the ostensible purpose of negotiating the release of OSCE representatives [earlier] hijacked by terrorists. According to our information, this official was in Ukraine during the tragic events on Maidan in February of 2014.

Preparations for the provocation were launched today in Moscow while distributing a “Statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry regarding Kyiv’s plans to conduct a military operation in southeastern Ukraine.”

In particular, the statement specifies that the Kremlin is “concerned with recent media reports about the intention of the Kyiv regime to carry out a special ops assault in the southeastern raions [districts] of Ukraine, as well as the involvement of the ultranationalist “Right Sector” group (the full text of this statement [in Russian] can be found here).
